Big Fish Automation in Draper, Utah

When we moved into our house 3 years ago we had Big Fish do all our wiring and set up all our TVs. They did an awesome job. We eventually installed a home theater and hooked it into our system and that turned out great. And just recently we remodeled a portion of our basement and added additional TVs and speakers throughout different parts of our remodel with the same great results. We have worked with Jeff throughout each project and he has been amazing to work with. He has always given us a great deal on our projects. I think the most impressive thing about the whole thing is how attentive Jeff has been to us each time. He would call me to let me know where we were with the project multiple times throughout the project and I never had to wonder if my project had been forgotten. (He contacted me! When does anybody extend that courtesy?!) We had some complications that took a lot of time and work to get figured out. Regardless of how busy Big Fish had been in working on other projects, Jeff always found a way to get someone out to our house to work on our project in a timely fashion. The techs that came by were so great throughout as well. Spencer stayed working on our project one night until after 10:30PM (which was fine cause we were all up) just to get as much done as he could because he knew he wasn't going to have time to get back to our project for a while. And Patrick is a tech wizard and made all our complicated issues work out perfectly. Big Fish has the been the best and easiest company to work with. Thank you.
