Moto United Power Sports and Marine in Draper, Utah

I was looking for a new toy for the family. I stopped by Moto United since they are the closest dealer to me. I knew what I wanted before even going to the dealership. I was greeted by TJ Larson and we looked at the units they had. He was very honest and he really knew about the different models. I asked him some questions I already knew the answer to and he was spot on. No B.S. I didn't buy on the first day. I sent TJ questions through both text and email over the course of a few days. He always responded in a quick manner and was very courteous and professional. When we finally made a deal on my new RZR he did everything he said he would do. I stopped by after work one day and he took the time to show me my RZR in the back as the guys were getting it ready to go. I stopped by with my kids before we picked it up and he again took the time to show it to them and treated my kids like they were valuable customers as well. We did buy some accessories and the parts guys and TJ were super cool about the whole process. I never felt like I was being pushed into things I didn't want or need. It was an awesome process for us. I returned a few days after my purchase to buy some extra parts and the parts guys remembered who I was. That may sound like no big deal, but it seems like many companies are lacking those little things now a days. For us it was an awesome purchase and the customer service I got before, during and after my purchase from TJ and the parts guys only made us feel better about our decision. I would recommend all my friends and family to go see TJ when they are ready to get a fun new toy!
