I previously purchased a chest of drawers in their clearance section. I was there for 30 to 45 minutes with no acknowledgement or anyone asking if I needed help. I wasn't very impressed and was quite disappointed. I finally found an associate to help me complete my purchase. When I got it home and unpacked it I noticed that it was broken. I decided to go back and look for something different and a little bit better quality. Charles immediately came up to me and asked me if I needed help. Hee walked with me around the entire store to show me every dresser and chest of drawers that they had. He helped me find the perfect one and I am so grateful for his attention and the time he took to help me find what I needed. The overall experience was good and changed my opinion from the time before.
